The six major tea series have different tea effects. How much do you know?
Tea is a delicious drink that originated in China. Anyone who knows tea knows that tea is health-preserving water and health-care soup. Tea can digest food and remove greasiness, reduce fire and improve eyesight, calm the mind and remove troubles, clear away heat and detoxify, produce body fluids and quench thirst. Tea leaves are divided into six categories: red, green, green (oolong), yellow, black and white. Different types have different curative effects.

White tea: White tea refers to a kind of tea that is picked, not dried or rolled, and is only processed by sun or slow fire drying. White tea can promote blood sugar balance, improve eyesight, and protect the liver. In addition, white tea can prevent cancer, fight cancer, prevent heatstroke, detoxify, and cure toothache. Black tea: Black tea is a kind of tea made through full fermentation (fermentation degree is greater than 80%). It is made from the new bud leaves of the tea tree as raw materials and refined through typical processes such as withering, rolling, fermentation, and drying. It contains a variety of vitamins, and the leaves and soup are red.
It has the effects of refreshing and relieving fatigue, promoting fluid production and clearing away heat, diuresis, anti-inflammation and sterilization, detoxification, strengthening bones, anti-aging, nourishing and protecting the stomach, anti-cancer, and relaxing blood vessels.
Green tea: Green tea is made from suitable new shoots of tea trees. Without fermentation, it is first cured at high temperature to kill various oxidases and keep the green color of the tea leaves. It is then rolled and dried. It has the functions of anti-carcinogen, anti-radiation, anti-viral bacteria, refreshing, diuretic and fatigue-relieving, tooth-protecting and eyesight-improving, lipid-lowering, digestive aid, beauty and skin care, etc.
Green tea, also known as oolong tea, is a semi-fermented tea. It is a unique tea variety. Oolong tea has the effects of slimming, anti-tumor and preventing aging. In addition, it can also prevent the occurrence of tartar, prevent tooth decay, improve thinking, relieve fatigue, relieve fever and prevent inflammation, sterilize and reduce inflammation, etc.
Yellow tea: Yellow tea is a kind of tea produced due to insufficient or untimely drying after greening and rolling, and the leaves turn yellow. It has the functions of protecting the spleen and stomach, increasing appetite, and helping digestion. It can also remove fat and lose weight. The most important thing is that it has special effects on cancer prevention, anti-cancer, sterilization, and anti-inflammatory, which are unmatched by other teas.
Dark tea: It is a fully fermented tea. The raw materials used are relatively coarse and old. It is the main raw material for pressed tea. It has the functions of supplementing dietary nutrition, aiding digestion, lowering blood lipids, antioxidant, anti-cancer and anti-cancer, lowering blood sugar, sterilizing and anti-inflammatory, diuretic and detoxifying.
