1. 120 grams of jasmine chicken slices, raw chicken breast, 24 jasmine flowers, and 2 eggs. 2. Jasmine Rose Porridge: 10 grams of jasmine, 5 roses, 100 grams of japonica rice, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar. Remove impurities from jasmine flowers, rose flowers, and japonica rice and wash them separately. Put the japonica rice into a pot with an appropriate amount of water. After boiling, add jasmine flowers, rose flowers, and rock sugar. Change to a simmer and cook into porridge. It is suitable for chest and hypochondrium pain caused by stagnation of liver qi, intercostal paralysis and pain after chronic hepatitis, and women's dysmenorrhea.
3. Jasmine sugar drink: 5 grams of jasmine flowers and an appropriate amount of white sugar. Fry jasmine flowers and white sugar with 1500 ml of water, remove the residue and drink. This drink is sweet and fragrant, has the effects of soothing the liver, regulating qi, stopping dysentery and detoxifying, and is suitable for chest and flank pain, diarrhea and abdominal pain, sores, swelling and toxins.
4. 25 grams of jasmine white fungus and 24 jasmine flowers. Put the white fungus in a bowl and soak it with warm water. Wash it clean and soak it in cold water; remove the stems of the jasmine buds. Wash; add water, refined salt and monosodium glutamate to the pot and bring to a boil, remove the foam, pour into a soup bowl, sprinkle with jasmine flowers and serve. This soup has a mellow smell and has the effects of soothing the liver and relieving stagnation, nourishing yin and reducing fire. It is suitable for cough, hemoptysis, chest and hypochondriac pain and other symptoms caused by liver qi stagnation and fire damage to the lungs.
5. Jasmine Kumquat Drink: 5 grams of jasmine flower, 10 grams of kumquat cake, and 100 grams of japonica rice. Grind the jasmine flowers into fine powder, cut the kumquat cake into dices; wash the japonica rice, add water and cook it into a gruel, then boil the kumquat cake for two to three minutes; add the jasmine powder into the porridge and it is ready to eat. This drink is fragrant and delicious. It has the effects of soothing the liver and regulating qi, strengthening the spleen and stomach, and stopping dysentery. It is suitable for diseases such as plum core qi, abdominal distension and pain, and dysentery.
Some people with poor health cannot drink it regularly. First of all, people with gastrointestinal obstruction should not drink jasmine tea frequently, because there are some substances in jasmine that can damage the smoothness of the gastric mucosa. People with poor nerves or stress who often suffer from insomnia should not drink jasmine tea frequently, especially before going to bed at night, because jasmine tea contains caffeine, which can make people more energetic and make the brain in an excited state, making it harder to fall asleep.
