Why is Pu'er tea the king of nourishing the stomach?
Pu'er tea can be described as the "king of teas" in terms of efficacy. It is the best choice for warming the stomach, lowering fat, nourishing qi, and extending life. It is called a "drinkable antique" and can be stored for a long time and becomes more fragrant with age.
Pu'er tea has many functions. I won't list them all here today. I will focus on the stomach-nourishing effect of old Pu'er tea. So, is there any basis for this statement? Why is Pu'er tea called stomach-nourishing tea?
Pu'er tea has high medicinal value. Scientific research shows that in addition to having the same functions as other teas, modern research has confirmed that Pu'er tea is more effective in the following aspects: nourishing the stomach and protecting the stomach.
Proved by medical clinical trials, aged Pu'er tea does have the effect of protecting the stomach. At a suitable concentration, drinking mild Pu'er tea will not cause irritation to the gastrointestinal tract. The thick, smooth and mellow Pu'er tea enters the human gastrointestinal tract and forms a membrane that adheres to the surface of the stomach, forming a beneficial protective layer for the stomach.
