Longjing tea is a famous green tea in China. Produced in the Zhejiang area, Longjing tea is emerald green in color, rich in aroma, mellow and refreshing, and shaped like a bird's tongue. Brewing Longjing Tea
1. Longjing tea pouring method: first pour a small amount of hot water into the cup, pull the Longjing tea leaves into the cup, and then flush the water until it is 70% full; or put the tea leaves first, then pour a small amount of hot water to warm the tea leaves, and then pour water until the buds and leaves stretch to 70% full.
2. Use a tureen to brew high-grade green tea. Do not place the lid flat and seal it immediately after flushing. It is better to place it with the edge exposed, so as not to suffocate the green tea buds and affect the taste of the tea soup.
When drinking tea, boil the lid first to remove the tea leaves. If the tea leaves enter the mouth, it is best to swallow them.
Steps:
1. Equipment:
Prepare tea leaves and tea sets.
2. Warm covered bowl
Warm the covered bowl with boiling water.
3. Warm cup lid:
Warm the cup lid and pour out the waste water.
4. Take an appropriate amount of West Lake Longjing and gently put it into a tureen.
5. Infiltration bubble:
Pour a small amount of boiling water around 80 degrees into the cup and immerse the tea leaves. Watch the tea leaves gradually soak in and expand slightly, for about 10 seconds.
6. Flush:
High flush to seven points high.

The lid of the cup is exposed to avoid suffocating the buds and leaves.
8. Drink:
The brewed Longjing tea is fully stretched and can be drunk directly from a covered bowl, or poured into a fair cup to drink separately.
9. Smell the soup in the tureen.
