The dog days are here, it’s time to cool down and take care of yourself, it’s time to drink tea
The summer solstice begins with a few volts, and the heat in the dog days is unbearable. Drinking frozen drinks and eating frozen watermelon can quench your thirst, but for people with poor health, it will cause great harm to the spleen and stomach. Tea lovers who are in good health will also damage the spleen and stomach if they drink a lot of frozen drinks. Drinking hot tea can still quench your thirst, and the most important thing is to detoxify and remove moisture.
Regarding the "dog days", the two descriptions of "the south wind is not strong" and "the warm wind is like soup" are more suitable. The former refers to the south wind that makes it sticky and moist, while the latter refers to the summer heat that is thick and turbid and difficult to refresh. When the sun sets, the heat is overwhelming, so drinking tea is the right time to cool down and keep in good health.

In summer, the temperature is high and the weather is hot, and the human body is prone to sweating. Especially large amounts of sweating can lead to the loss of potassium in the human body, causing people to suffer from fatigue, dizziness, headaches, loss of appetite, mental distress and other uncomfortable symptoms. Tea is rich in potassium, especially green tea. Therefore, drinking more green tea in summer can not only relieve heat, but also supplement potassium. In addition, it can also supplement the protein and amino acids necessary for the human body.
Green tea is the time, and booze is the right time
One: "Remove sex and save it"
Green tea is cold in nature and bitter in taste. If you drink it in a strong way, its cold and cool nature will damage the already insufficient spleen yang and cause discomfort. You can choose teas that are mild or even mild in nature, such as Wuyi Rock Tea, Tieguanyin, and black tea. If you are particularly fond of green tea, there are ways to remove its cooling properties. You can reduce the amount of tea brewed and add some mild Chinese medicines with the same origin as medicine and food, such as wolfberry, tangerine peel, etc., to make green tea milder. This is the method of "removing sex and preserving it for use" commonly used by Chinese medicine practitioners when dispensing prescriptions.

Third: "Nourishing Yang in Spring and Summer"
"The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic: The Four Qi Regulating the Spirit" records the important principles of health care in spring and summer: "Nourish Yang in spring and summer." This means that during spring and summer, the human body's yang energy tends to the surface of the body, and the focus of health care is to promote and protect the body's yang energy. As the saying goes: "Eat carrots in winter and ginger in summer, and you won't have to worry about the doctor prescribing medicine." Ginger is warm in nature. Eating ginger in summer can help the body's yang energy to grow, which can serve a very good health purpose. Friends, drinking a bowl of ginger soup in the morning can not only warm the stomach but also raise Yang. Of course, for those with yin deficiency and excessive fire, and excess heat in the body, it is not advisable to drink more ginger soup. ”
On the contrary, in summer we cannot drink a lot of cold drinks or eat frozen watermelon just to cool down, as this can easily damage the spleen and stomach yang energy of the human body. If some friends have loose stools after drinking cold drinks or eating watermelon, they must eat less cold foods in daily life and strictly control the entrance, otherwise the gain outweighs the loss!
