The anti-cancer science of tea
Data from the "Tea and Cancer Disease Research" published by institutions such as Case Western Reserve University in the United States, the National Cancer Center in Japan, and Curtin University of Technology in Australia show that people who drink tea regularly have more than 80% lower cancer incidence rates than people who don't drink tea regularly.
Some scientists once conducted a cancer-suppressing test of tea in animals. After feeding tea to rats, they were also fed the synthetic carcinogen methylcarbyl nitrosal gum with a purity greater than 99.8%. Three months later, the incidence rate of esophageal cancer in rats that drank tea was 42%-67%, while the incidence rate of esophageal cancer in rats that did not drink tea was 90%.
Drinking tea can prevent and fight cancer, which has been proven by scientific research and daily life practice. Scientific institutions have conducted surveys on long-lived elderly people, many of whom are tea drinkers. Various surveys have proven that tea drinkers have less chance of developing tumors than non-tea drinkers.
According to epidemiological surveys, people who drink more tea have a lower risk of gastric cancer. And drinking tea also has a significant inhibitory effect on breast cancer, rectal cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, etc.
Why does drinking tea have a certain anti-cancer effect? This isbecause tea contains anti-cancer substances-tea polyphenols. Tea polyphenols can strongly scavenge harmful free radicals, block the lipid peroxidation process, thereby increasing the activity of enzymes in the human body, and have anti-mutation and anti-cancer effects.

1. Relevant statistical departments have found that tea farmers and tea drinkers account for the majority of people with low cancer incidence rates.
2. A survey on the longevity of centenarians found that 60% of centenarians’ secret to longevity is a life-long addiction to tea, and 80% of centenarians have the habit of drinking tea.
3. Antioxidant tests have confirmed that a cup of tea, 300 ml, has an antioxidant function equivalent to a bottle and a half of red wine, 12 bottles of white wine, 12 glasses of beer, 4 apples, 5 onions, and 7 glasses of fresh orange juice.
4. The test results of scientific researchers have confirmed that the anti-aging effect of tea polyphenols is 18 times stronger than that of vitamin E.
5. British and American scientists reported in the journal "Allergy and Clinical Immunology" that the polyphenolic compound EGCG in tea can effectively prevent the spread of HIV in the human body. Once immunized, HIV will have no chance to get close.
6. More than 4,000 "Tea Anti-Cancer" monographs published by authoritative departments prove that EGCG, the main component of tea polyphenols, is also the nemesis of almost all cancers, especially uterine cancer, skin cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, liver cancer, kidney cancer, breast cancer, etc. It has unique effects. At the same time, studies have found that taking tea and cancer drugs together will improve the efficacy of the drugs.
7. In 1999, the Japanese government launched the two-stage plan of "Drinking Tea to Prevent Cancer for All". A total of 8,522 people were surveyed and followed for 10 years. 9. Researchers from the National University of Singapore conducted a follow-up survey of 63,257 Singaporean Chinese aged 45 to 75 over a 12-year period. It was found that middle-aged and elderly people who regularly drink white tea are 71% less likely to develop Parkinson's disease than those who do not have the habit of drinking tea.

Researchers found that 1,300 diabetic patients drank tea brewed with cold boiled water for six months. 82% of the diabetic patients' symptoms were significantly relieved, and about 9% of the diabetic patients' blood sugar levels completely returned to normal.
